Rules and regulations for travel agents
Last updated 27 Oct 2026 · demo text, not legal advice
Agents are independent freelancers. By listing on GoodFriendTour you agree to the rules below. Breaking them can lead to removal and loss of pending payouts.
- 1. Real identity
Pass the ID and selfie check and keep your details current. One account per person; no shared or rented accounts.
- 2. Proper conduct
Be punctual, polite and professional. No harassment, discrimination, threats, alcohol or drug pressure, or unsafe activities.
- 3. No sexual activities
Sexual activity, sexual services, escort services or suggestive requests of any kind are strictly forbidden, with customers or anyone met on a tour. Breaking this rule means an immediate permanent ban and reporting to the authorities where required.
- 4. Accurate listings
Show only areas you know well and services you can legally provide. Hold any local guide licence your city requires.
- 5. On-platform payments
Take payment only through GoodFriendTour. Asking for cash or off-platform transfers is not allowed.
- 6. Escrow payout: 5 working days
Customer payments are held in escrow. After the customer confirms the tour (or 48 hours after the tour ends with no dispute), funds release to your balance 5 working days later.
- 7. Withdrawal fee
A 10% fee applies to each withdrawal from your balance.
- 8. Disputes
If a customer opens a dispute, the escrow is frozen until our team decides. Keep your chat on the platform as evidence.
- 9. Safety
Share your tour plan in chat before the day. Report any safety concern straight away.
