Rules and regulations for customers

These rules keep tours safe, friendly and fair. By booking on GoodFriendTour you agree to them.

1. 1. Real identity

   Pass the ID and selfie check before chatting or booking. One account per person.

2. 2. Proper conduct

   Treat your agent with respect. No harassment, discrimination, threats or unsafe requests.

3. 3. No sexual activities

   Requests for sexual activity, sexual services or companionship of a sexual nature are strictly forbidden. Agents are travel guides, not escorts. Breaking this rule means an immediate permanent ban.

4. 4. Escrow protects you

   You pay into a Tazapay escrow account, not to the agent. The money stays there until you confirm the tour happened as agreed.

5. 5. Service fee

   A 10% service fee is added to the tour price at checkout. It funds ID checks, escrow and support.

6. 6. Confirm or dispute

   Confirm the tour when it is done. If something went wrong, open a dispute within 48 hours of the tour ending and the escrow is frozen while we review.

7. 7. Refunds

   If the agent does not show up or cancels, you get a full refund from escrow, including the service fee.

8. 8. Stay on the platform

   Pay only through GoodFriendTour. Off-platform payments are not protected by escrow.

9. 9. Safety

   Meet in public places, share your plans with someone you trust, and report anything that worries you.
